What is Sydney Anxiety Psychology?

Sydney Anxiety Psychology is an independent directory helping people in Sydney find AHPRA-registered telehealth psychologists who specialise in anxiety. It is not a clinic, a practice, or a therapy service. This directory helps people identify suitable practitioners; we do not provide clinical care.

Why we built it

Finding a telehealth psychologist for anxiety is harder than it should be. Most directories are generic, most practice websites obscure their fees, and the Medicare system is genuinely confusing. The combination of these barriers ("who do I contact?", "what will it cost?", "does telehealth even work?") is enough to stop many people from getting support they need and are already looking for.

This directory exists to remove those barriers: clear fees, accurate information about telehealth, and a straightforward way to connect with a suitable practitioner.

How practitioners are listed

All psychologists listed in this directory:

  • Hold current AHPRA registration (which you can verify independently at ahpra.gov.au)
  • Offer telehealth appointments to clients in New South Wales
  • Specialise in or have significant experience treating anxiety presentations
  • Have consented to being listed and have reviewed their listing for accuracy

Listings are not paid or ranked by commercial arrangement. We do not receive a fee per booking or referral.
